E-Planning Use to Prevent Cheating Action

Basuki “Ahok” T. Purnama continues to guide and review 2016 City Budget (APBD).
This time budget composition applied through e-planning keeps guiding and
reviewing prior being submitted to Jakarta Legislative Council. Even he has
been working overtime to finalize draft budget since last Wednesday (11/18).

can claim the right or wrong draft budget version,” he stressed.

suspect e-budgeting process which not done properly. That’s why he decided to review
budget in each working unit (SKPD) by himself.
“They claim to run
e-budgeting. In fact, it is not. That’s why I have to handle by myself,” he
expressed.
Ahok asserted
document will be submitted to Jakarta DPRD after budget reviewing is done. There
are some programs in draft budgets been cut and eliminated. “I won’t to submit
if it not review,” he uttered.
He added that he
still finds mark up within the draft budget. For instance, office
stationery (ATK), Kota Tua festival and contract workers wage. “Those things must
be cut off,” he remarked.
